This place is pitiful between 11pm and 12am. Isn't the dining room supposed to be open til 12 midnight? That's what the sign says. It never is. The drive through is horrible. When you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer, for a large drink that's beyond ridiculous. Someone older needs to be over that night crew because they definitely need a LOT of improving.
Fast service, fresh food. Great customer service. Clean store, good parking and double drive thru.
Mess up orders constantly, under paid under appreciated workers who suck to deal with. As always, pretty cheap fast food.
Never has there been a time when my order was right. Even over something as simple as no ketchup on a burger. Even spoke to the manager about the problem and rather than her fixing it she says there is nothing she can do about or will do about it. Dont eat here. Your food order will be wrong and the management dont care. Take your hard earned money to Burger King instead! Better food, better quality, better service than this place any day. And they mop the lounge with the mop from the kitchen so its always greasy and slick when you walk in. And thats gross in itself making people walk on grease.
Sloppy burgers and food in general. Not to mention my order is messed up nearly everytime I go there... so I've just stopped going.
